A few days after the event: This reminded me why I do what I do.

Last weekend’s Holistic Ways Festival was truly something special...I held space for so many people, each with their own story, their own emotions, their own heaviness… and their own hope.
Even though it’s been a few days, I’m still processing the powerful moments that happened at my table.

Here are the 3 things I saw the most:
People came in feeling overwhelmed, blocked or emotionally stuck
Some felt stuck in life.
Some had anxiety.
Some carried old emotional wounds.
Some were navigating trauma or PTSD.
Some struggled with money blocks or career issues.
Some were simply exhausted by their own mind.
And the moment they sat down, you could feel their energy soften...
as if their body finally said, “I can breathe here.”
So many souls are searching for something gentle, real, and effective
Not complicated rituals.
Not heavy processes.
Not surface-level positivity.
But real transformation...the kind that is soft, supportive, safe, and works on a deeper level.
They want something that helps them feel like themselves again.
Hypnotherapy + Energy Healing is a powerful combination
During the mini sessions, I watched:
💛 shoulders relax
💛 breath deepen
💛 tears release
💛 energy shift
💛 minds quieten
Even in 15-20 minutes, people felt lighter.
Calmer.
More connected to themselves.
This reminded me why I do what I do.
🌱 A gentle reminder for anyone reading this:
You don’t have to wait for burnout.
You don’t have to stay stuck in old patterns.
You don’t have to carry emotional weight alone.
Healing is not about “fixing” yourself.
It’s about reconnecting to the parts of you that were always there
